Applewood-smoked bacon, pepper jack cheese, sliced jalapenos, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, and a sweet and spicy sauce all layer onto a beef patty on a toasted five-inch bun. The sauce is the main throughline, tying together the smoke from the bacon, the melt of the cheese, and the fresh heat from the peppers. Compared with the standard burgers in the lineup, this one leans on more toppings and a sharper sweet-heat profile. It's built like a layered fast-food burger rather than a simple patty-and-cheese setup.
