Two 48-ounce oven-ready trays make up this frozen lasagna, built with USDA Choice ground chuck, whole milk ricotta and mozzarella, and a tomato sauce made from vine-ripened tomatoes. It’s the beef-only version in Kirkland Signature’s lasagna lineup, so it skips the Italian sausage used in the other version. Each tray goes from freezer to oven without thawing, or into the microwave if you’re short on time. The layers are assembled in the usual way, with pasta, meat sauce, and cheese stacked through the pan. A two-pack totals 6 pounds, and each tray is sized to serve about six.
