What is it?

Two three-pound trays come in this twin pack, each built from layered pasta, USDA Choice beef chuck, Italian sausage, ricotta, and whole milk mozzarella in tomato sauce. It’s part of Costco’s Kirkland Signature frozen lineup, where the lasagna is the larger, family-size format compared with single-serve meals and smaller side dishes. Straight from the freezer, it goes into a conventional oven with no thawing required, usually on a sheet pan or baking tray to catch drips. Once cooked, the slices tend to hold their layers, with a meat-heavy filling and a creamy cheese layer between the pasta sheets. The package adds up to six pounds total, and each tray is meant to feed about six.
