Thirty frozen shrimp come in a 2.35-pound box, each one coated in a tempura batter made from wheat flour, rice flour, and cornstarch. Inside the box you'll also find a packet of soy-based dipping sauce, and the shrimp are meant to be baked, usually around 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. Compared with other frozen seafood items in the Kirkland Signature range, this one is all about the batter and the shrimp shape.
