Each piece has a crisp outer crust and a compact filling of smoky ham and melted cheese, closer in spirit to the full-sized Hickory Ham & Cheddar pocket than to the pizza or nacho varieties in the range. They heat from frozen in about a minute, depending on the method and wattage. Compared with the standard Hot Pockets lineup, the Snack Bites version leans more toward bite-by-bite snacking than a sandwich replacement.
