An 18.7-ounce frozen pizza, baked on a stone-baked crust imported from Germany, uses a creme fraiche-infused dough that’s rolled very thin. Pepperoni sits over tomato sauce with mozzarella, asiago, olive oil, and dehydrated red bell peppers, which soften in the oven. Bake it from frozen, and the crust tends to come out crisp with some browning on the bottom. Compared with other frozen pizzas in Publix’s lineup, the crust is the main difference here, both in thickness and in the slight tang from the creme fraiche.
