No red sauce at all on this 11.9-ounce frozen pizza. Instead, a white topping of Parmesan, mozzarella, fontina, and Romano covers a very thin, crisp crust, with spinach and standard seasonings rounding out the surface. Compared with other Publix frozen pizzas, this one leans lighter and more flatbread-like. Fontina drives a lot of the character here, melting smoothly into the sharper, saltier cheeses. Bake it from frozen according to package directions, and you'll get something closer to a cheesy flatbread than a traditional tomato-based pizza.
