Individually wrapped frozen breakfast sandwiches fill a 19.6-ounce box, each built on an English muffin with a sausage patty, folded egg, and American cheese. Heat one from frozen in the microwave in about two minutes, or use a toaster oven if you want more browning on the muffin. Compared with other Signature Select breakfast items, this one leans on the familiar sausage, egg, and cheese formula rather than extra fillings or sauces.
