Safeway's Signature Select · Frozen Meals
Breaded white meat chicken comes in nugget-sized pieces with a sweet sesame glaze, paired alongside whole wheat spaghetti and mixed vegetables in a 9-ounce frozen tray. The sauce gets into all the cracks of the breading, and sesame seeds show up throughout the glaze. Whole wheat spaghetti gives the tray a firmer, slightly nuttier base than standard white pasta. Broccoli and carrots round out the side compartment, cooked soft after microwaving. Compared with other Signature Select frozen entrees, it leans on the sesame sauce for most of its flavor, with the pasta and vegetables playing supporting roles.
