An 11.5-ounce frozen meal, this meatless pasta pairs freshly made fettuccine with a cream-based Alfredo sauce made with real cheese and butter. The noodles are softer than dried pasta and come pre-coated, so the sauce clings closely instead of pooling in the tray. Cook it in the microwave or oven, depending on the package instructions. Compared with other Stouffer's pasta meals, it's one of the simpler ones, built around plain noodles and sauce rather than meat or vegetables, which makes it easy to add chicken, shrimp, or greens at home.
