Compared with the rest of Trader Joe’s frozen lineup, this leans more broth-forward than saucy. The noodles stay separate from the liquid, which helps them hold their shape during reheating. Beef is distributed throughout the bowl, and the herbs sit in the background rather than as a garnish on top.
