Frozen in 10-ounce portions, these wild Alaskan black cod fillets come pre-marinated in sweet miso and ready for the oven or air fryer. Black cod, also called sablefish, is a deep-water fish from the North Pacific with a naturally rich, oily texture. The marinade uses saikyo-style miso, a sweeter paste made from soybeans, rice, and koji, usually mixed with rice wine and sugar.
