Ridged kettle-cooked potato chips with sea salt, these are cut into waves for a thicker bite and more surface texture than the brand’s flat-cut version. Cape Cod cooks the potatoes in small batches, then seasons them simply with sea salt, so you get the potato, oil, and salt combination without much else getting in the way. Because of the crimped shape, they hold up a bit better under dip than thinner chips. They’re part of Cape Cod’s classic line of kettle chips, but the cut changes the crunch and the way the salt lands on each chip.
