Stripped back to the base formula, this Doritos tortilla chip keeps things simple: corn masa, vegetable oil, and a light salt seasoning. Triangles are fried or baked until crisp, with the brand's familiar rough-edged crunch. Compared with the seasoned Doritos in the lineup, this variety leaves out cheese powders, chile blends, and heavy flavor coatings, so the warm grain taste comes through on its own.
