What is it?

A waffle-cut potato chip with a criss-cross lattice and deep pockets for seasoning, built to hold on to every bit of the coating. Aged cheddar powder brings a sharper, tangier cheese note than standard orange-chip seasoning, while coarsely ground black pepper adds a slow, warm bite. Compared with other Lay's chips, the lattice cut is thicker and crunchier, with more surface area and a more rugged snap. It sits in the brand's Lattice Cut line, which used the same format across several flavours and leaned more on texture than a flat, regular-cut chip.
