A seasonal 2013 Valentine’s novelty, these Lay’s Wavy chips are ridged potato chips coated in a layer of milk chocolate. The wave cut gives the chocolate something to cling to, so each chip ends up with a thin, smooth shell over the salty, crunchy potato underneath.
