Ridged potato chips come coated in cheddar and sour cream seasoning, then dusted with Flamin' Hot chili heat. Ruffles uses the familiar crinkled ridge here, which gives the powder something to cling to and leaves more surface for seasoning on each chip. Compared with regular Cheddar & Sour Cream Ruffles, this version swaps in cayenne-driven heat for part of the usual tangy finish. The base still leans creamy and salty, while the chili seasoning brings a sharper burn. Like the rest of the Flamin' Hot line, it’s a dry seasoned snack rather than a sauced chip.
