Habanero

What is it?

Tortilla chips seasoned with a fruity, high-heat pepper, built on the brand's familiar white corn base from Tostitos. Each chip is crisp and lightly salted before the coating brings in a sharp, tropical chile burn. Pepper note sits on top of the corn instead of burying it, so the flavor reads as chip first, heat second. Compared with plain Restaurant Style or Scoops!, these lean much harder into spice. Sold as a dry snack, meant to be eaten straight from the bag or alongside salsa and dip, though the seasoning stands on its own. It sits closer to the brand's bolder limited flavors than standard tortilla chips.
