Thin, hollow straws made from potato, spinach, and tomato flours, these Great Value snacks come in a 7-ounce bag and get finished with sea salt. They’re extruded into a light, airy shape that breaks with a quick crunch, then fades fast on the palate. Compared with regular chips in Walmart’s Great Value lineup, the straw format shifts the texture more than the flavor. The vegetable ingredients mainly add color, with green, red, and yellow pieces all built on the same base. Ranch and cheddar versions use the same shape and sit alongside other Great Value snack chips and crackers.
