Chocolate wafers sandwiching a sweet cream filling, this 14.3-ounce package from Walmart's Great Value line uses real cocoa in the cookies. Twist-apart format lets you separate two crisp wafers from the center, and biting in gives you a dry, crunchy exterior first, then the smooth filling. Great Value's Twist and Shout line also includes vanilla, golden, and double-filled versions, and this chocolate version is the standard one in the lineup. A larger 19.1-ounce bag is available too. Cocoa gives the wafers a dark color and a slightly bitter edge that balances the sweetness of the cream filling inside.
