The plainest flavour in Bulla's Murray St range, and the one that shows most clearly what the range is doing. With no swirl, no nut and no biscuit, the base has nowhere to hide. Bean rather than extract is the distinction. Extract carries the flavour but not the specks, and the seeds bring a rounder, slightly woodier note alongside the sweetness that extract alone reads thinner without. Higher cream content is what separates Murray St from the Creamy Classics tubs, and it shows here more than anywhere: a denser scoop that melts more slowly, since fat is what slows a melt. Every other flavour in the range is this base with something added to it.
