Drumstick Caramel Swirl

What is it?

Swirls of caramel run through vanilla ice cream inside a chocolate-lined wafer cone, finished with a caramel-and-chocolate topping. Pockets of plain vanilla give way to richer caramel, then both together, depending on where you bite. Compared with other Drumsticks in the Peters range, this one leans harder into caramel while keeping the same cone-and-scoop format. Wafer gives the usual crisp base, while the chocolate lining keeps the cone from going soft too quickly, and the topping adds another layer of sweetness and texture. It's a two-flavour cone that doesn't try to do anything beyond butter, sugar and dairy.
