Drumstick Saucy Strawberry

What is it?

Strawberry ice cream sits in a chocolate-lined wafer cone, with a strawberry sauce core running through the centre. Mixing ice cream, sauce and cone gives you a layered texture, from crisp wafer to cold creaminess to a sticky fruit centre. Compared with other Drumstick flavours in Peters' lineup, this one leans hard into strawberry from top to bottom. Concentrated sauce provides a burst in the middle, while the ice cream carries the same fruit note through the rest of the cone. As you eat toward the bottom, the wafer picks up moisture from the filling and the chocolate lining becomes more prominent, ending each cone with a crunchy chocolate finish.
