Caramel ice cream pairs with the usual biscuit half and a chocolate-coated ice cream half in the familiar Maxibon split format. Rough-chopped nuts are worked through the coating, so the texture lands a bit chunkier than the smoother Original. Compared with the standard Maxibon, the caramel base shifts the flavour away from plain vanilla into a sweeter, more toffee-like lane. It still comes as a hand-held ice cream sandwich bar, with the same mix of soft centre, biscuit, and coated shell that defines the range. If you find the Original a bit one-note, the caramel and nut combination here adds two extra layers of flavour and texture.
