Rainbow ice cream is sold on how it looks rather than how it tastes, and this is honest about that. Three colours swirled through one tub: pink, green and yellow. The flavours behind those colours are kept deliberately mild. A rainbow tub that tasted strongly of three separate things would be difficult to eat, so the colour does the work and the flavour stays close to sweet cream the whole way through. It's part of the Peters Original two litre line, reduced fat and built on reconstituted skim milk. Of everything in that range, this is the one most clearly aimed at children rather than at a household generally.
