A water ice rather than an ice cream, with no dairy in it at all. Water, sugar, food acid and flavour, set on a twin pole. Lemon and lime works better frozen than most citrus pairings, because cold dulls acidity and two sour fruits together survive that better than one on its own. Food acid 330 is citric acid, and it's what keeps the sourness present after the temperature has flattened it. Colours 100 and 141 are curcumin and a chlorophyll derivative, so the yellow and the green both come from plant sources rather than synthetic dyes. The pole splits down the middle into two.
