The most straightforward twin pole Peters makes, and the one where both sides are dairy rather than one being a water ice. Vanilla with choc flakes against plain chocolate. Cocoa solids sit at 1.9%, higher than the two litre tubs in the Peters Original range carry, so the chocolate side is genuinely darker rather than just tinted brown. Dairy ingredients lead the list ahead of water, which is unusual for a stick at this end of the freezer and the reason it eats more like ice cream than like an ice block. The pole snaps down the middle into halves.
