

Hot chips get a dusting of chipotle seasoning here, so you get smoky chilli, salt, and a little warmth on the outside of each chip. They’re served as a side at GYG, and the seasoning sits on top of the fried potato rather than soaking in. Compared with the brand’s plain chips, these have a deeper, more savoury finish and a more obvious spice note. The chips are the familiar fast-food style, crisp at the edges and soft in the centre, with the seasoning doing most of the work.
