What is it?

Wider and square-edged, the beef patty here lets the meat edge out past the bun for more surface area in the pan. It comes with Arch sauce, crispy fried onions, and two slices of cheese, all stacked in a soft bun. Compared with standard round-patty burgers in the McDonald's range, the patty format is the main difference, giving it a different shape and a bit more browned crust. Arch sauce brings a tangy, slightly creamy note that sits between Big Mac sauce and a mustard mayo.
