A toasted English muffin loaded with a beef sausage patty, rasher bacon, free-range egg, cheese, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, ketchup and McChicken sauce. The Mighty McMuffin has always been the everything option at Macca's breakfast, combining the sausage and bacon that the other McMuffins make you choose between. The Deluxe version stacks salad and two sauces on top of that, making it comfortably the tallest thing on the breakfast menu. It is a lot to fit in a muffin, and it eats more like a burger than a breakfast sandwich. Available while the 2026 Deluxe breakfast range runs.
