Two shots of espresso meet steamed milk with a thin layer of microfoam in this McCafé coffee. It’s served in the usual takeaway cup size, with the milk mixed through rather than capped with a thick head of foam. Compared with a cappuccino, there’s less foam and a stronger coffee pull. Compared with a latte, the texture is tighter and the cup reads more coffee-forward. McDonald’s includes it in the McCafé range alongside espresso-based drinks like lattes, cappuccinos and long blacks, and it’s built for the same quick-service routine.
