Honey Sriracha Mighty McMuffin

What is it?

Sausage, bacon, egg and cheese come stacked on a toasted English muffin, then finished with a honey sriracha drizzle. It’s built on the same base as the standard Mighty McMuffin, but the sauce adds sweetness and chilli heat to the usual salty, savoury mix. Inside, you get a cooked sausage patty, rasher bacon, a folded egg and processed cheese slice. The muffin is split and toasted, so it stays firm enough to hold the filling, while the drizzle sits across the top rather than soaking through.
