Latte

What is it?

Espresso stretched with plenty of steamed milk and capped with a thin layer of foam, this McCafé drink is built in the standard latte format. It’s served hot and usually comes in a takeaway cup, with a milk-heavy body that softens the coffee’s bitterness. Compared with a flat white, it has more foam and a lighter coffee hit. Compared with a cappuccino, there’s less foam and a smoother texture. In McDonald’s coffee lineup, it sits alongside the cappuccino, flat white and long black as one of the core espresso drinks.
