A quarter pound beef patty with cheese, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, pickles, slivered onions, ketchup, mustard and McChicken sauce on a quarter bun. The regular Quarter Pounder is a deliberately spare burger, just beef, cheese, onions, pickles and condiments. The Deluxe fills in everything it leaves out. Fresh lettuce and tomato bring it closer to a Big Mac's salad profile, and the McChicken sauce is the curveball, putting the creamy pepper mayo normally reserved for the chicken menu onto a beef burger. It appeared on the Australian featured menu in 2026 in both single and double versions.
