The coating has no cocoa mass in it, and that's what sets this apart in the format. It's built on coconut oil and cocoa butter, so it sets pale and cracks without bringing any roasted flavour of its own, and the strawberry goes on the outside as dried sweetened pieces. Inside there's a strawberry swirl through strawberry ice cream, and the pack specifies puree and pieces instead of flavouring alone. That's the distinction deciding whether a strawberry product tastes of strawberries or of the idea of them: puree brings acidity and pulp, flavouring brings neither. What comes out of it is a bar where the coating stays out of the way, which is the opposite of what a chocolate shell is for. Three to a pack.
