Two quarter-pound fresh, never-frozen beef patties sit in a toasted bun with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, ketchup, and mayo. It’s the double-patty member of Wendy’s Dave’s burger line, with the same standard toppings as the Single but twice the meat. Compared with the Triple, this one stops at half a pound of beef, so the cheese melts between and over the patties without getting buried. The balance is straightforward: beef first, then the usual burger fixings. Wendy’s uses fresh beef across the Dave’s lineup.
