Sliced beef, lo mein noodles, and mixed vegetables come together in a savory soy sauce in a stovetop skillet meal. It usually comes together in about 15 minutes, with the sauce coating the noodles as they soften in the pan. Lo mein noodles are thicker and springier than stir-fry noodles, so they hold onto the sauce in a slightly glazed way. Among the Voila meals, this is the beef version of the Asian-inspired group, alongside chicken stir-fry and teriyaki chicken. Available in standard and family-size bags.
