Crescent-shaped dumplings packed in a 48-ounce bag, these frozen potstickers use a thin wrapper around cabbage, carrot, spinach, mushroom, and water chestnut. They’re part of Member's Mark’s potsticker lineup, alongside the chicken version, and share the same meatless, freezer-stable format. Cook them the usual ways: pan-fry first for a browned bottom, then add water and cover, or steam and boil if you want a softer wrapper. The filling stays mixed rather than mashed, so you can still pick out the little bits of vegetable.
